Robbins Appraisals – owned and operated by Jan Robbins Durr, ISA, Certified Appraiser of antiques and residential contents.  A member of the International Society of Appraisers, Jan provides ethical and reliable identification and appraisal valuation services to clients for insurance coverage, claims, resale, equitable distribution, and charitable contributions. Valuations are based on the reason or function based on the client needs for an appraisal. Completion of the ISA personal property appraisal program, continuing education seminars and experience in the antiques retail market, has provided Jan with knowledge and expertise to serve clients in a competent manner.  The typewritten document is provided following thorough inspection and research of the client’s property, plus a post-consultation.  The appraisal report complies with governmental standards of development and content as well as with professional ethical standards.  Based in Charlotte, Robbins Appraisals, provides service to both North Carolina and South Carolina.
